In 2018, after moving to London, I discovered Proprioceptive Writing<\/strong> in a casual conversation during a doctor\u2019s appointment.<\/p>\n

Few days later, the book written by the founders of the method arrived at my home<\/strong> and after 2 months, I embarked on a 7-day immersion in a place called Anan Cara in Ireland.<\/p>\n

It was there, undoubtly impacted by the effect of Proprioceptive Writing on me and the participants of the immersion<\/strong>, that I dared to dream of the possibility of working with this method in the Portuguese, expanding access to this powerful tool<\/strong> that was definitively entering my life.<\/p>\n

Since then, I have participated in numerous and ongoing Proprioceptive Writing<\/strong> groups in Europe and the United States, as well as immersions with the founder of the method, Linda T. Metcalf<\/strong>, I have concluding my training as a certified Proprioceptive Writing Instructor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Em poucos dias, o livro escrito pelos criadores do m\u00e9todo chegou em minha casa<\/strong> e depois de 2 meses, embarquei para uma imers\u00e3o de 7 dias em um lugar chamado Anan Cara na Irlanda.<\/em><\/p>\r\n
